Paso Doble (Tuesday)

Overview:

Open to all levels. Learn Paso Doble rhythm, power structure, shaping, and dramatic character through systematic technique training.

Course Objectives:

• Control weight and center of gravity

• Develop body frame and structure

• Strengthen torso for movement drive

• Understand phrasing and stylized expression

• Create spatial contrast and strong stage presence

Class Structure:

• 15–20 minutes physical conditioning

• 10–15 minutes basic step practice

• 10–15 minutes technique explanation

• 15–20 minutes music practice

• 15–20 minutes choreography breakdown

• 1–2 minutes review and recording and review

Paso Doble (Friday)

Overview:

Intermediate level. Learn weight usage, core drive, and Flamenco-inspired styling for dynamic Paso Doble presentation

Course Objectives:

• Strengthen chest and back shaping

• Train dramatic body lines and projection

• Apply core-driven directional movement

• Enhance Paso character confidence

• Perform choreography with strong accents
